A mass-timber workplace with generous, daylit floors beside the water.
Quays Offices II is a six-storey workplace built around a naturally ventilated atrium. A cross-laminated timber frame stores carbon rather than emitting it.
Deep reveals and fins shade the glazing, reducing cooling demand without blocking the view.
