Squeezed between two Victorian terraces, the townhouse turns its limits into strengths. A slim lightwell and a first-floor garden bring daylight deep into the plan.
Reclaimed brick ties the new building to its neighbours, while a crisp zinc roof marks it as a contemporary addition.
